Social Skills Workshops

Weekly classes for 8 weeks

Ages: 3 - 12 years old

Sessions for 3-5 year olds: Wednesday Mornings at 9:30am (subject to change)

Sessions for 6-8 year olds: Monday Evenings at 6:00pm (subject to change)

Sessions for 9-12 year olds: Tuesday Evenings at 6:00pm (subject to change)

• Conversational skills

• Vocational skills

• Social problem solving & more

Social Skills groups will be determined by age, social, and cognitive ability. Therapist will refer to the group that would be the best fit for each child. Licensed Speech therapists (SLP’S) run each session.

Classes will be 30-45 minutes in length, one day per week for 8 weeks. After the session the therapist would come speak with the families about what was worked on that day. Cost $25 per workshop, $200 total for the 8 weeks (Discount: $180 if paid in full on/before first session. If you are absent from the class, you still are responsible for the $25 fee to hold your spot. Each child that signs up must pay for every session ($25 per session or discounted $180 paid in full).

At this time, if you are interested in signing up, please email back with your child’s name, age, diagnosis and any other information you feel is important. This is a tentative schedule. Class days/times to be determined.

THIS IS INTEREST ONLY. WE WILL HAVE “OPEN INTEREST” FOR 2 WEEKS. PLEASE EMAIL BY MARCH 1ST 2024 IF YOU ARE INTERESTED. At that time we will determine if there is enough interest to form the appropriate classes.
