Trunk or Treat 2024

We’re thrilled to announce that River Academy of Excellence is hosting a Trunk or Treat. This is a fun and inclusive event for our community, and we would love for you to join us with your family and friends.

Here’s how you can get involved:

  • Attend the event – come dressed in costume and enjoy a fun afternoon!

  • Decorate your trunk – show off your creativity by decorating your vehicle for trick-or-treaters.

  • Donate – we’re accepting candy, costumes, decorations, or other fun items to help make this event even better!

Friday Speech Sessions

We are now offering speech sessions on Fridays from 11:00am - 3:00pm!

April 8th 2024 Solar Eclipse

On April 8th 2024, we will experience a solar eclipse. River Therapies will remain open. NASA states that the eclipse will happen in Pittsburgh from 2:00pm – 4:30pm. We ask you to not have your children look at the sun directly or indirectly through a camera lens, telescope, binoculars, or any other optical device and apply sunscreen if out in the sun.
